Kuntai Busy Delivery of Prepreg Crossply Lamination Machines before China National Holiday

The coming of China National Holiday brings busy delivery of prepreg crossply machines and lamination machines and cutting machines in Kuntai to various countries all over the world. 

When everybody is busy planning for their holiday, Kuntai employees are busy planning and working on various packaging and delivery projects, catering to different customers requirements. We work until 11pm everyday to catch up with the tight delivery schedule and sometimes one day we need to delivery as much as 8 containers of machines and also China domestic trucks of machines.

Currently, one of the most popular products is prepreg crossply machines. We have delivered 5 sets in the pre-holiday period and there are still 6 sets in production. Prepreg crossply machines are widely used in different aspects, such as fireproof products, defense products industry, waterproof products, etc. The base materials can be various fibres or nonwoven fabric or films, etc. 

In some of the prepreg production projects, customers like our crossply which bonds layers of materials coming from direction direction. This process involves feeding of the material and cutting and heat pressing lamination and rewinding. For this series of machines, balance precise and heating uniformity plays a greatrole and synchronization of the processes is also of vital importance in this machine.
