Hot Melt Spraying Scattering Lamination Machine for Activated Carbon Filters sprays hot melt adhesive in fibrous form onto the base material and scatters carbon materials onto the hot melt adhesive surface to realize attachment and laminating another layer of base material using hot melt adhesive. Compared with traditional line of pre-stirring carbon and powder, this spray-scatter new technology does not need high-power drying oven.The amount of hot melt adhesive and powder can be set as per user needs.
This machine can adopt touch screen operation, combining electric feeding, photoelectric position adjust, auto tension adjustment, glue spraying and carbon scattering. (After unwinding, position adjust, glue spraying and powder scattering and glue spraying, the material will be laminated with upper layer and then enter rewinding system).Auto tension unwinding, automatic cutting, automatic shaft changing, etc. High automation reduces labor. PLC program control glue spraying quantity, automatically adjusting as per main machine speed. Glue spraying width splicing and combination method, flexibly adjustable as per materials width. Environmentally friendly hot melt glue replaces traditional glue and powder mixing plus oven technique. It is applicable to nonwoven, foam, etc.

● The temperature is controlled by intelligent digital display temperature control instrument. The temperature difference is less than +-2 celcius degree. The operation panel design is humanized and easy to operate.

● High-precision gear pump, stable glue volume pressure output, stable glue volume control, improve production efficiency. Glue melter pump has features like self fault detection, memory function, over temperature triggering power failure system.
● The fine filtering device removes impurities, keeping the glue flowing smoothly and prevents the nozzle from clogging.
● High-precision return valve is equipped to keep the glue output stable.
● The drive adopts frequency conversion synchronization control system to ensure that the machine speed is synchronized with the powder scattering, so that the powder amount is well and stably controlled. Whole machine frequency conversion control, constant tension winding and unwinding, stable operation.
